I've been using an ACCURL EuroBend 80t/2500 for 2 years now. Here's my honest assessment:
**The Good:**
- Build quality is genuinely impressive for the price. The frame rigidity is comparable to European machines I've used.
- Delem DA-66T controller is excellent — intuitive, fast programming, good 3D simulation
- Hydraulic system has been reliable — zero issues in 2 years
- Crowning table works well for our 2-6mm mild steel work
**The Not-So-Good:**
- Initial tooling quality was mediocre — we replaced the standard tooling with Wila within 6 months
- Documentation is poor — the manual reads like it was translated by someone who doesn't understand metalworking
- Lead time was 16 weeks vs the promised 10 weeks
**Overall:** 8/10 for value. If you're comparing to European machines at 3x the price, ACCURL is a serious contender. Just budget for better tooling upfront.
Happy to answer specific questions.

Thanks for the detailed review Roberto. The tooling point is important — I've heard this from multiple ACCURL users. What Wila tooling did you go with? We're looking at the EuroBend 100t and want to budget correctly.

@David — We went with Wila New Standard tooling, specifically the TRUMPF-style punch holders. Cost was around $4,500 for a basic set. Worth every penny. The precision and repeatability improvement was immediately noticeable.
For a 100t machine, budget $5-7k for a decent Wila set. You can also look at Mate Precision tooling as a more affordable alternative.
